Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 1, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Helix Labs collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Helix platform and website. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service.

2. Information we collect

We collect account information you provide (such as an email address), public wallet addresses you connect, configuration data such as rules and budgets, and standard technical logs including IP address and browser type. We do not collect or store private keys.

3. How we use information

Information is used to operate the platform, execute the strategies you configure, provide analytics, secure the service against abuse, and communicate service updates. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. On-chain data

Transactions executed through Helix are recorded on the Solana blockchain, which is public and permanent. Anyone can associate your wallet address with its on-chain activity. This is inherent to blockchain technology and outside our control.

5. Data retention

Account and configuration data is retained while your account is active. Execution logs are retained for up to twelve months for analytics and support. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, isolated signing infrastructure, and least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and you should protect your own credentials and wallets accordingly.

7. Third-party services

We use a small set of infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, payments) that process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards. We do not permit them to use your data for their own purposes.

8. Contact

Privacy inquiries can be directed to privacy@helix.trade.
