1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Helix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
2. Description of service
Helix provides trade automation software for the Solana blockchain, including a rule-based execution engine, portfolio analytics, and wallet management tooling. Helix is a software tool. It does not provide investment advice, brokerage services, or custody of funds.
3. Non-custodial operation
Helix never takes custody of your assets. All transactions are signed within the limits and budgets you configure, and you may revoke the platform's signing permissions at any time. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallets and private keys.
4. Risk disclosure
Trading digital assets involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of all deployed capital. Automated strategies execute without human confirmation and can incur losses rapidly in volatile markets. You acknowledge that you use Helix at your own risk and that past performance of any strategy is not indicative of future results.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Helix for market manipulation, unlawful activity, or any purpose that violates applicable regulations in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether your use of Helix complies with the laws that apply to you.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helix Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the platform. The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind.
